Director of Community Engagement
Audrey Atkins is WBHM's Director of Community Engagement. Born in the Oil Capital of Alabama, Citronelle, Audrey made her way to the Steel City by way of the University of Montevallo, where she earned a B.A. in English. She has worked in the legal profession, sales, and marketing, published articles in Birmingham Magazine and Lipstick, and sometimes dips a toe into the blogging world with her own take on Southern culture. By her own admission she has “never met a stranger” and loves working with WBHM’s community of supporters.
Outside of the office, Audrey enjoys spending time with her husband and son, as well as painting, writing, and cooking.
