Back to Basics with One of Birmingham’s Oldest Food Trucks
The number of food trucks in Birmingham has exploded over the last couple of years. With their bright, flashy colors and catchy names, food trucks feel fresh and new. But one man launched one of the first food trucks in Birmingham. No bells, no whistles. Just a white truck with a red stripe. As Randi Revill reports, residents of the predominately black communities around Birmingham know him simply as Travis.
He doesn’t advertise. He’s hard to find. And it all adds to his appeal. Here’s an example on Reddit.
