Auburn University may be paying $11 million to buy out fired football coach Gene Chizik and his assistants, but the athletic program still has plenty of money left. New federal figures show Auburn and Alabama remain in the Top-10 wealthiest college athletics departments in the U.S. Alabama reported more than $124 million in revenues during 2011-12. That makes it fourth in the country, behind Texas, Ohio State and Michigan. Auburn athletics made $106 million (9th nationally). See the complete list here.
