Abortion Bill Vote Delayed After Commotion on Senate Floor
Alabama lawmakers will have to wait until next week for what could be final passage of a bill that would ban almost all abortions in the state. The Senate was set to vote on the measure Thursday, but as debate got under way, commotion erupted over procedural issues around an amendment to the bill.
