While Christmas trees will tower over many a gift of clothing this holiday, there’s one place where the clothes – tiny smocked garments for babies – will actually be the decorations on the tree. But the festive tree in the neo-natal intensive care unit — or NICU — of Children’s Hospital is more than just a wardrobe booster — it’s a spirit-lifter for all involved, as explained in this audio postcard produced by WBHM’s Steve Chiotakis.
