Does My Vote Matter? We Ask What You Think

Your right to vote is arguably the most important and coveted right a person can have in this country. When the 2016 presidential election is over, one person, the president, will represent a nation of close to 320 million people. After this unprecedented primary season, more than a few of those Americans have lost faith in our nation’s voting process.

All this week, NPR and some member stations are talking about what the 2016 primary season has revealed about voters’ confidence in the American electoral system. To gauge Alabama’s feelings about the upcoming election, WBHM intern Joseph Bodkin went down to Railroad Park to ask people their feelings looking towards November, and if they think their vote counts.
