Why I Support WBHM: David Resuehr

David Resuehr is a proud member of WBHM.

“Hands down it is the most interesting radio station that I know,” says David Resuehr, a scientist and WBHM member. He says he can’t start his day without WBHM and NPR.

“I walk into the kitchen, pour a cup of coffee and turn on the radio,” he says. Resuehr listens to WBHM on the way to work, at work and then again on his way home.

“As a scientist, I think that the programming that NPR offers is very interesting,” he says. He loves hearing about cutting-edge and important research.

He supports public radio with more than just his ears.

“I wouldn’t feel right not to contribute to the funding of NPR,” he says.“A lot of people are putting a lot of work and effort into creating very valuable radio programming. If I were just a free listener, I some how wouldn’t feel totally comfortable with that.”
