Resegregation of America’s School a Troubling Trend

People across Alabama are voting on a measure today that would strip racist language from the state’s Constitution. Clearly, race relations are not just a historical issue. As the Southern Education Desk‘s Annie Gilbertson reports, our neighboring state of Mississippi is a bellwether for a racial trend with trouble implications: the resegregation of America’s schools.
